• How do I claim my Twitch Drops?

  To claim Twitch Drops, you'll need to watch a streamer playing Mortal Kombat 1 with Twitch Drops enabled on Twitch. You'll be able to identify a channel with Twitch Drops enabled through a callout message located at the top of the livestream chat. Once you have earned a reward in your Twitch Inventory, claim the reward. Then navigate to the Connection page on the WB Games website, where you will connect your Twitch account to your WB Games profile. Once your accounts have been connected, follow the steps to claim your reward in the game. If you link your Twitch account after starting the game, you will need to restart the game in order to see your rewards in-game.

• What platforms support Twitch Drops for Mortal Kombat 1?

  Twitch Drops for Mortal Kombat 1 will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). PLEASE NOTE: Twitch Drops are not supported for the Nintendo Switch version of Mortal Kombat 1.

• When will Twitch Drops be available?

  Twitch Drops will be available Monday, April 22nd at 12:01am PT through Sunday, April 29th at 11:59pm PT.

• Can I earn Twitch Drops before I own Mortal Kombat 1?

  Yes, during the Twitch Drops campaign window, you will be able to watch and claim drops without owning the game. However, you will need to have a WB Games account to claim Mortal Kombat 1 Twitch Drops. Then once you have purchased the game, you can log in with the same WB Games account you used to claim your rewards and the rewards will automatically populate in the game.

• What exclusive rewards can I earn from obtaining Twitch Drops for Mortal Kombat 1?

  If you've linked your WB Games and Twitch accounts and have watched a livestream from any streamer with Mortal Kombat 1 Twitch Drops enabled, you'll receive in-game cosmetic items for different Kombatants for every hour of watch time up to three hours.
  
  For the Mortal Kombat 1 Season 5: Season of Storms, you will be able to earn:
  
  Ashrah - Holy Hell/Killing Time Palette
  
  Baraka - Wasting Disease/Binge Watcher Palette

  1. Go to the WB Games Account Website and create a new WB Games account or sign in to your existing WB Games account.
  
  2. Once signed into your WB Games account, link the supported console or PC platform where you plan to play Mortal Kombat 1 on the Connection page. This will streamline the experience when you launch the game for the first time.
  
  3. After linking your preferred game platform, select the [Connect] button for Twitch in the Connections list. Select [Continue] to proceed.
  
  4. In the window that opens, sign in or create a Twitch Account. Select the [Authorize] button to authorize WB Games to connect to your Twitch Account.
  
  5. Launch Mortal Kombat 1 and check your Kombatant for the cosmetics you have earned.

  In the first email you receive after creating a WB Games account, there is a link that completes the verification process. To receive another verification email, visit the WB Games account website while logged in and use the [Verify Email] button in the banner at the top of the screen to receive a new email.   Your rewards will show up in-game once you log in to the game with the corresponding WB Games account you used to claim your Twitch Drops.
  
  You'll find your cosmetic items in the Kustomize section of the main menu. From there, you will be able to select the characters you have earned rewards for and equip your rewards as desired.
